| On Friday, July 9, a Stevens Point area man purchased
a home theater system from two unknown white males while at the West Side Mobil Station located at 232 West Clark
St. While he was purchasing gas, the two drove up to the complainant in a white GMC cargo van and stated that they
had some extra Home theater systems shipped to them by mistake, and they were willing to sell them for $500 instead
of the nearly $2,500 list price. The victim negotiated a price of $200. He later found out the system was only
