Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child; Second Degree Sexual Assault of a child.
Mr. Rieben sexually assaulted juvenile females between the ages of 13 & 15. Juveniles were typically non-relative
acquaintances and on some occasions the girls were juvenile runaways.
Special Conditions of Supervision (expires 1/27/2013)
1. No unsupervised contact with minors; no taverns/bars/liquor
stores; no contact with victim; no consumption of alcohol or drugs.
2. Comply with standard sex offender rules; cooperate with electronic monitoring.
3. Face to face contact with law enforcement required; comply with all requirements and lifetime registrant of
WI sex offender registration program.
